INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We use UPS Worldwide Expedited service for international orders. UPS Worldwide Expedited includes reliable tracking and insurance. Additional payment of duties and taxes will be required by your country upon delivery.


Customs Charges: Our shipping charges are automatically added to your invoice by our shopping cart. These are for the actual shipping of the item only. Every country has its own “Import Duty”, “VAT”, and UPS Brokerage fee. You may want to check with your local UPS office or Customs office in advance to determine these charges may be. We cannot assume any responsibility for any extra charges that may be incurred in your country. These additional charges are your own responsibility.


Delivery Attempts: UPS only makes 3 delivery attempts and in most cases will not leave your package without a payment or signature. You must have the item shipped to an address where you will be present to receive the package and pay any applicable fees levied by your government. Please allow up to 10 business days for delivery.

Duties and taxes will be charged at the time of delivery and may include a surcharge from UPS. We will not refund your order if you refuse to pay the fees to accept your package from UPS. If you do not accept your package from UPS it will not be returned to us and may be abandoned by UPS.


NUMBERED EDITIONS
If you wish to receive a particular number in an edition, please note your request when ordering. Every attempt will be made to honor such requests, but there is no guarantee that the number you request will be available. Limited edition works will generally be dispersed in numerical sequence.


RETURN POLICY
If it is within 14 days from the date you received your package and you are not happy with the item you can return it for a replacement. You must email us first to confirm your reasons for requesting an exchange and have it approved. If approved, please send the item to:

You must include a copy of your order confirmation. After we receive your returned item we will then ship your replacement.


REFUNDS
We generally do not issue refunds on original artwork. Merchandise returned in resalable condition may be granted a refund at our sole discretion. Please contact us first (orders@supersubtext.com) to discuss the issue. Honestly, we'll always try to work it out. Please allow up to 48 business hours for refunds to process. We are not open on Weekends or holidays.


UNPACKING ARTWORK
Works on paper are generally shipped in tubes, unless precluded by mounting or framing. Gently remove the artwork from the shipping tube. Works on paper are rolled into a sheet of kraft paper and sealed with tape. Gently remove the tape from the kraft paper by pulling the folded tab. Pull slowly and as parallel to the paper as you can. Be careful not to rip the paper or the print inside.

Unroll the print from the kraft paper onto a flat surface. Curling is normal. You may can place a heavy object on each corner to help flatten the curled edges.  

Do not use a utility knife or any other sharp tool to cut the tape. Do not attempt to remove the print from the kraft paper without first removing the tape. 

We are not responsible for prints damaged when unwrapping.


DAMAGED ARTWORK
If the box or tube that your item was shipped in is noticeably damaged call UPS at 1-800-PICK-UPS and file a damage claim immediately. You can also file a damage claim online at www.ups.com. Once the claim is approved we will send you a replacement. The process usually takes about a week from the date you initiated your claim with UPS. 

If you believe the damage to your item was caused by us, you must contact us within 14 days from the date of receipt.


SHIPPING
If your package is undeliverable for any reason it will be returned to Super Sub Text. When it does, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. You may be charged additional shipping and handling. Your package will not be held for more than 30 days.

 

TRACKING
Once a label has been created for your package an email is sent to you from UPS with instructions for tracking your package. Please check your junk email folder if you have not received an email.

You are responsible to make sure you receive your order. If it has been three weeks since you placed your order and you still have not received it please contact us at orders@supersubtext.com. Include your Order ID Number and the name as it appears on the order to expedite our reply to you.

If your package was returned to us we will make 2 attempts to contact you via the email address you provided when you placed your order. If you do not respond to our emails, and it has been more than 30 days from our first attempt, your package may be destroyed due to lack of storage.


TRANSIT TIME
Most orders are shipped within 3-5 business days of your completed transaction. In some cases prints are made to order and may take longer to create and ship. We will notify you if this is the case. You will receive shipping and tracking information via email.
